The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Supervisors for the Town of Draper was called to order on Monday, August 13, 2018 at 4:00 p.m.

The Pledge of Allegiance was said by all. 

Present were Chairman E. Peters, Second Supervisor J Hanke, Treasurer D. Dobilas, Clerk P. Zeidler, Deputy Clerk L. Klein, and two citizens.

The Agenda was read and approved on a motion by Sup JH with Chairman EP making second. Motion approved with all in favor.

Correspondence:  Sawyer County Veterans Commission, Spooner Funeral Home. A letter wondering about the water level from Jen Berg, Message about gravel on drive way from Betty Lindquist & Transportation resolution from WTA.

Public Recognition: Jim Maruca introduction running for Sheriff, DP would like a thank you letter sent to NCP for fixing the flag in the park

Minutes for the July 09, 2018 meeting: The minutes were read and approved on a motion by Supervisor JH, seconded by Chairman EP. Motion carried with all in favor.

Minutes for the August 03, 2018 meeting: The minutes were read and approved on a motion by Sup JH, seconded Chairman EP. Motion carried with all in favor.

Old Business: Campers update; moving forward. Town Garage project; Held for next spring. Develop list of roads to be repaired for 2018; bids went out in paper. Concrete work Town Hall; waiting on contractors.

New Business: Picnic license for American Legion; A motion was approve the picnic license for The American Legion was made by Sup JH, seconded by Chairman EP. Motion carried with all in favor. Review Job descriptions Town Clerk/Treasure; Chairman would like to have a time set to resolve issues. Town website discussion WTA website; contact Townweb. Advertising for Sexton; moving forward with sexton position in the paper. Sale of trucks and purchasing a truck; Truck sold make check payable for moneys from the trucks to Fire Department. Quarterly report from Fire Department; will be brought up at Fire Department meeting.

Town Roads: USFS Culvert replacement; done. North Clover Road project; on hold until next spring.

Motion to adjourn: was made by Sup JH with Chairman EP.  Motion carried with all in favor at 5:10 PM.
